Most AI models today optimize for short-term efficiency without fully considering systemic or ecological consequences. ReGenAI is developing an ecological intelligence platform designed to change that—integrating insights from planetary science, regenerative practices, and local knowledge to help organizations make decisions that are both profitable today and resilient for generations to come.Our near-term focus is building practical applications that support the transformation of food and water systems in cities—helping communities strengthen climate resilience, restore natural cycles, and regenerate local economies. We are also developing tools to support regenerative land stewardship, enabling farmers, landowners, and conservation groups to restore degraded farmland, industrial lands, and natural ecosystems through actionable, place-based intelligence. Over time, this work will grow into a broader platform and marketplace, allowing governments, businesses, and civic organizations to access a diverse ecosystem of ecological AI tools designed to regenerate land, infrastructure, energy, materials, and finance.At the same time, we are committed to building the broader story and movement of ecological AI—growing a community of practitioners, innovators, and organizations dedicated to aligning technology with the principles of life. Through partnerships with academic researchers and institutions, we are helping to seed the foundations of a new research field: one that explores how AI can serve living systems and support humanity’s transition to a regenerative future.
